Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
Payments are taken on the 1st of each month, you must give 1 months notice before the next payment date if you wish to cancel. If you are booking multiple sessions or multiple children, please book as required and Futunity will be in touch to confirm your monthly payment. By booking 4 or more classes you will be eligible for our discounted Advanced plan.
Futunity UK or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
Futunity UK reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour towards coaches/ staff or other students.
You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/messaging us at - admin@futunityuk.com/ activities@futunityuk.com - 07525 900428.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of sickness within 48 hours of the class.
Futunity UK will unfortunately not be able to transfer students to an alternative class or offer a refund due to your own circumstances.
Sessions not attended due to illness or otherwise are not eligible for a refund or credit note.
All Futunity UK gymnastics must hold an up to date British Gymnastics Membership. This needs to be booked directly through BG and renewed on a yearly basis. If students do not hold this membership Futunity have the right to turn students away without refunding.
All Futunity UK gymnasts must purchase the correct club uniform directly from the Zone website by your child's 4th session. This uniform needs to be worn to each session. (Male gymnasts can order their club T-shirts through Futunity offices).
Parents are asked to wait outside sessions due to health and safety reasons.
Parents are not to take pictures/ videos in sessions- this is for the safety of all students.
Students should arrive 5 minutes before class begins to register. If you are later than 10 minutes to class Futunity can turn away students without refunding the session.
Children must be collected promptly at the session finish time – if you are unsure of the time please refer to your confirmation email. If you are running late, please inform us on 07525 900428. Failure to collect your child by the allocated pick-up time may result in an additional charge. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from parents who continuously pick up late.
Any signs or suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be investigated and reported to the relevant local authorities and agencies.
We reserve the right to suspend any accounts with an outstanding balance and deny entry to our classes or camps until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
Dancers should attend class in appropriate clothing and footwear. Ballet dancers must attend each class in the correct Futunity uniform
